RENTAL CONDITIONS
  • Tenancy times: Arrival after 1730 hours - Departure before 10.30 am.
  • Eremia is a no smoking property
  • No pets.
  • No commercial use (ie weddings, photographic shoots) unless by agreement.
  • Reasonable entertaining of friends is allowed with the prior agreement of the owners.
  • A deposit secures a booking and a security deposit will be required prior to arrival. Details available on enquiry.
  • A contract with full terms will be provided at the booking.
We try to make guests comfortable from the moment they arrive in Corfu and by offering inclusive prices remove the hasslein dealing with multiple suppliers.
